Winter is finally almost officially over! Woo hoo!
I don’t know about you, but I’m sick of it. The cold. The flu.
I love hearing the birds chirping, seeing the green grass and flowers poke out all around us, feeling the warm sunshine.
Saturday was my first hint that spring is almost here. It was a beautiful day. With temperatures in the 70s.
Sunday sealed the deal. It was time to “spring forward”.
The day that daylight saving time begins. We set our clocks forward one hour. We may have lost one hour of sleep Sunday morning, but we are gaining more daylight each evening by doing so.
The season that offers new life after the dead of winter. With its rains. And it’s birthing of new. New life.
A new life is given to each of us if we just believe. In Jesus. It’s just around the corner. That miraculous day. The day Christ died for our sins. Let’s all spring forward and await that day of celebration. As we await His final return.
Let us know, let us press on to know the Lord, his going out is sure as the dawn, he will cone to us as the showers, as the spring rains that water the earth. Hoses 6:3
Love and laughter,
