Give Me An “A”

Good morning!

Yesterday was a beautiful day for a road trip. To Fayetteville.

I’ve never seen so many different shades of red and white in a stadium at one time. Cardinal and white. Crimson and white. Tusk against tusk. The Razorbacks versus the Crimson Tide. Arkansas vs. Alabama.

It was a bit confusing to tell who was who.  In the stadium that is. Everywhere you looked there was red and white. Everywhere you looked there was an A. But it didn’t take long to tell who brought their true “A” game to the field.

Roll Tide!

How many of you bring your “A” game to everything you do?

Here in the United States our academic grading system denotes an  “A” as a symbol of “mastery” or “excellence”. There was no doubt that on the field of that college institution Alabama deserved every “A” worn proudly by both players and fans alike.

Let’s all take a little bit of advice from Alabama Crimson Tide.  Let’s lead by example. Let’s always give our best. Be steadfast and immovable in all our endeavors.  For the Lord. Therefore our work will never be in vain.

Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain.              1 Corinthians 15:58

Love and laughter,

Sandy
