Good morning!

Come start your day the right way!
With a hot, hearty breakfast!
This morning the Special Ed staff at JWE Building B is providing breakfast for all the other teachers in our building.  We’re constantly interupting their classrooms to pick up or return students for circles or testing.
So it’s just our way of offering our appreciation for others by serving them.
Plus we all like to get together and eat in Building B any chance we can get! 🙂

The word literally means to break the fast of the night before. It originates in the Christian custom of fasting from food between the dinner meal of one day and receiving Holy Communion the next morning. Fasting is seen as foregoing the natural craving to eat as an act of self-denial to honor God. It is meant to strengthen the religious resolve and faith of the believer.
Many say breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Even Jesus ate breakfast.

When Jesus offered the invitation of breakfast to His disciples it was following a night of unsuccessful fishing for them. They did not recognize Him as He called to them from the shore, “Cast the net on the right-hand side of the boat and you will find a catch.” So they cast, and then they were not able to haul it in because of the great number of fish.

Jesus provided what they needed.
Then served them breakfast of fish and bread.

Jesus will provide for you as well. Whatever your need may be.
I encourage you to cast your nets wherever Jesus instructs you and watch and see what He provides. I can assure you, it will be greater than you ever imagined. And just like the disciples,  you’ll know it is from the Lord. 🙂

Jesus said to them, “Come and have breakfast.” Now none of the disciples dared ask him, “Who are you?” They knew it was the Lord.
John 21:12

Love and laughter,
