Who doesn’t love bubbles? ♡
It doesn’t matter how old you are or if you’re male or female, there’s just something joyous about bubbles. My students, my grandchildren, and I all love bubbles! ♡ Whether they are the bottled kind you blow through a wand or those found floating atop a bathtub full of warm water, they are one of my favorite things! ♡
We even toast our glasses at festive occasions with clear sparkling bubbly.
For an instant smile, you can make your own bubbles by beginning with a cup of warm water and a teaspoon of sugar. Stir in the sugar until it is completely dissolved. Then stir in a teaspoon of glycerin. Lastly stir in two tablespoons of Dawn dish soap. You can make your very own bubble wands too out of pipe cleaners.
Now bring out your childlike innocence and enjoy! Blow, pop, leap and catch or sip bubbles to your heart’s content.
I can just imagine that if bubbles existed back in biblical times, David would have danced and leaped with joy amidst them. I would just bet that when David was dancing before the Lord with all his might wearing a linen ephod while he and all Israel were bringing up the ark of the Lord in 2 Samuel 6:14-16, bubbles would have been present.
Let’s all become like little children. Let’s have childlike faith. And let’s leap for joy in the name of Jesus.
And let bubbles always remind you of that childlike faith.
“Rejoice in that day and leap for joy, because great is your reward in heaven.
Love and laughter,
