Under The Parachute

Good morning!

Miss Tara has a big colorful parachute.
She brought it out to play this week. We each held two handles and stood in a big circle.

Together we raised it up and down. Fast and slow. We stopped when she said stop. We followed the directions of our leader, our teacher, Miss Tara. We even got to go under it one at a time at the end of our circle time. It was soooooo fun! 🙂
Under the parachute.

What do you suppose you would see? If you were really under a big colorful parachute?  Floating through the big, blue sky. Looking down at the entire world beneath you.

Some would love the adventure. Others would be scared to death.

You know, we are all under a proverbial parachute. The parachute of our leader, our teacher, Our Heavenly Father. We are under God’s parachute. His parachute of protection over each of us each and every day!

We are safe from the destruction of this world as long as we remain under the almighty wings of God.

Let’s all remember that truth as we go through this life. There is nothing to be afraid of. Let’s all approach this adventure we call life with open arms and the innocence of little children as they giggle with glee as they play under the parachute.

How precious is Your loving kindness, O God! Therefore the children of men put their trust under the shadow of Your wings.
Psalm 36:7

Love and laughter,
